Our process

The process begins with an initial consultation, where a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts a comprehensive assessment to understand the child’s strengths, challenges, and goals. Based on this, a personalized treatment plan is developed. Parents and caregivers are then trained on key strategies, ensuring they can reinforce learning and behaviors in daily life, making the process more effective and consistent.

RBTs conduct one-on-one sessions, supervised by a BCBA, ensuring high-quality, research-based intervention. Parents receive training and ongoing support to reinforce skills at home, with progress monitoring driving data-based adjustments.
