Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-Time
As an RBT, you’ll be working directly with children and their families under the supervision of a BCBA to implement therapy programs. This position is perfect for those passionate about helping children with developmental challenges while gaining valuable experience in the field of ABA therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families, providing information, guidance, and emotional support.
- Coordinate therapy schedules and assist with any logistical needs.
- Work closely with the clinical team to track client progress and share important updates with families.
- Help families access community resources and external support services.
Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
- Experience working with children is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and observational skills.
