Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-Time

Bright Steps ABA is seeking a dedicated and passionate BCBA to join our Atlanta-based team! If you’re committed to helping children with autism reach their full potential, we’d love to hear from you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Oversee ABA therapy programs, focusing on skill-building and behavior reduction.
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Provide parent training and caregiver support.
  • Analyze data to guide clinical decisions and adjust programming as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals for well-rounded care.
 

Qualifications:

 

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
  • Must reside in or near Atlanta, GA.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.

Bright Steps ABA is growing — and we’re looking for compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team! If you’re passionate about helping children with autism and want to work in a supportive, hands-on environment where your work truly matters, we’d love to meet you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays, following customized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
  • Use evidence-based ABA strategies to teach important life skills such as communication, play, self-help, and social skills.
  • Collect accurate session data and report on client progress.
  • Attend ongoing training and receive direct supervision from our BCBA.
  • Provide therapy in multiple settings — including our clinic, client homes, and the community.
  • Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential conduct at all times.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Registered Behavior Technician certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher in psychology or related field preferred).
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable working with children and being physically active during sessions.

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Atlanta area.

As an RBT, you’ll be working directly with children and their families under the supervision of a BCBA to implement therapy programs. This position is perfect for those passionate about helping children with developmental challenges while gaining valuable experience in the field of ABA therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for families, providing information, guidance, and emotional support.
  • Coordinate therapy schedules and assist with any logistical needs.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to track client progress and share important updates with families.
  • Help families access community resources and external support services.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Behavior Technician certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
  • Experience working with children is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and observational skills.
